We all know downloadable-content is coming for 2012’s biggest-seller Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, and a leaked promotional image seems to have revealed the details.
Titled ‘Revolution’, the game’s first DLC (not including pre-order bonuses) includes four maps titled ‘Hydro’, ‘Grind’, ‘Downhill’ and ‘Mirage’ as well as a zombie-map named ‘Die Rise’. There’s also a bonus weapon on offer in the ‘Peacekeeper SMG’.
First to report these images were MP1ST, who also reveled via the same leaked poster that the expansion will be coming to Xbox LIVE on January 29. Microsoft tend to have a month exclusivity on Call of Duty DLC, so presuming this source is legitimate you can expect a release on PC and the PlayStation Network on the same day next month.
For the minute this all still unconfirmed (although you can bet your life savings on some kind of Black Ops 2 DLC being released next year), but we’ll update this article if Treyarch make any comments.
Update: HMV’s official Facebook page has confirmed the leaked DLC is legitimate. The pack will cost 1,200 MS points when it’s released on the Xbox 360. It has also been confirmed the PS3 version will be released a month later.
