Konami has announced that the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection will hit PlayStation Vita this June.
A release that is just four months behind the European release of the console version, the Collection impressed enough to receive a B+ rating from us a few months back. Although it’ll be without the remastered PSP title Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, the Collection will contain both Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, which have both received graphical make-overs, trophies and bespoke controls designed to make the most of the Vita’s touch-screen capabilities.
It will also introduce a rebalanced user interface and Kojima Productions’ unique Transfarring system for data sharing with PlayStation 3s.
