Off the back of yesterday’s PES 2013 reveal, Konami has revealed that a new update is set to hit PES 2012.

The DLC will enhance the game’s use of the Copa Santander Libertadores (the South American equivalent of the Champions League) licence, introducing a dedicated game mode with all 38 teams, rosters and the official ball for the competition.

Selected parts of the game will also be “refined” to provide a more fluid in-game experience.

The update will be free and is set for release on April 27 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
