Great news to bring to you, the quite spiffy Dungeon Defenders has sold a million copies across Xbox LIVE, the Playstation Network and Steam. Yay!
The co-op tower defence action game, which launched back in October 2011, has received the feat in under five months, but the team don’t plan on stopping there.
“It is tremendously successful franchise,” Reverb Publishing CEO Doug Kennedy said. “We have lots of plans to support it both with DLC and additional add-ons for the franchise.”
With four packs already planned, including “The Lost Eternia Shards: Mistymire Forect” DLC, there should be a good, steady stream of content for players on Steam – as most of it won’t make its way to consoles due to “technical and business” concerns.
