It was a sad day when news hit of the layoffs at Brighton-based Black Rock Studios, however there is that usual silver lining. Former employees Nick Baynes and Ian Monaghan have formed a new business, Roundcube Entertainment.

Previously the Game Director on Split/Second, Baynes is Studio Head of the developer, whilst Monaghan becomes the Development Director.

We wish them the best of luck on their new endeavour.
