UK Charts ending 14th May 2011

With little surprise, this weeks number one is Rockstar’s L.A. Noire, which not only debuts on top but has also become the fastest-selling new IP ever in the UK overtaking that of Red Dead Redemption from last year. The westerns platfrom split from last year was 65% Xbox 360 and 35% PlayStation 3, the investigatory adventure game is 58% Xbox 360 and 42% PlayStation 3. Per platform, it has become the thirteenth fastest-selling title on Xbox 360 in the UK and the eleventh on PlayStation 3.

Second place is held by Lego Pirates of the Caribbean whilst Brink slips into third. Zumba Fitness sales stay steady as it sits in fourth, as The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings enters in fifth.
